Returning Items:
The purchaser has a statutory right
to cancel their order and receive a full refund on any mail order purchase,
excepting Special Orders. Goods proving unsuitable may be returned to
Powerbronze for refund or exchange provided they are returned to Powerbronze
within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
. Return of goods must be pre-authorised by Powerbronze. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed - no refund or exchange will be given.
. Special Orders (items not normally held in stock by Powerbronze and advised as being a special order at time of order) may only be returned if goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.
. Once a return of goods has been authorised by Powerbronze a returns note will be posted/faxed to the customer. This form must be completed in full and included with returned items.
. Only goods with a valid returns number clearly marked on the outer packaging will be accepted.
. Please state clearly on returns forms exactly what action you wish Powerbronze to take.
. Items must be received in a resalable condition.
. Items must be returned complete with their original packaging, labelling and with any accessories, manuals or other documentation provided. (Please note, Powerbronze reserve the right to levy a charge to replace damaged/defaced product packaging).
. In the case of items returned as "faulty" by the customer, if no fault is found with this product, it will be returned to the customer.
. Returns will only be processed when goods are in the possession of Powerbronze.
. Items returned to Powerbronze after 7 days of receipt are subject to a restocking charge of 20%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
. Powerbronze cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels that are undelivered. Please retain proof of postage as this may be required in the event of a claim with your carrier.
. Powerbronze are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty or incorrectly supplied parts or any other consequential loss.
. Powerbronze must be notified of any shortages in your order or any damage caused by carriers within 5 days of receipt. Regrettably beyond this time, due to circumstances outside of our control, Powerbronze may be unable to process your claim.
. Powerbronze will refund the cost (up to the value of $10.00) of carriage for returned items that are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
. Powerbronze will not refund carriage costs for any item that the customer deems unsuitable. |
